Aerobics First is a locally-owned, community driven store, that is dedicated to promoting active lifestyles and supporting active individuals through their own athletic or lifestyle challenges.

We have what you need to succeed in getting more fit, getting faster, or charging the mountains (or groomers) with confidence and style.

We are dedicated to many different causes and events around HRM and are happy to continue with support and to having an energetic presence at the various events and clubs that we are committed to.

Our NEW website hopes to capture some of the Nova Scotia active living spirit through pictures, videos, blogs, comments, and user posts. All of this will help us to stay close to our customers and friends.. When we're not outside enjoying the weather... wet, dry, warm, or cold!!
