Luke is entering his 30th year of selling and fitting shoes. He is now a part owner of Aerobics First and one of Canada's most trusted and experienced shoe fitters. The founder of the Youth Running Series (YRS), Luke boasts a 32:19 10km and is among the most well known people in Nova Scotia's running community. He splits his time between the Cole Harbour location, the store on Quinpool, and working in the community with events such as KidsFest Running and Reading. And he does it all on a diet of carrots, celery, and cheese!
